Description: “Serica” is a Superyacht without the Superyacht price tag. Ideally suited for long-range family cruising and live aboard or as an adventure, dive or surf charter base?
Check this out: Measuring 80ft with legitimate sleeping accommodation for 10 people, this Ron Holland designed beauty is ready to go to work! She features a HUGE hydraulic lifting platform on her transom which makes dive operations or dinghy launching practical, safe and accessible. “Serica” is currently in commercial registration with all safety and certification up to date, maintained to a high standard which means she is set to go at a moment’s notice.
The sails are constructed from hard wearing spectra and have minimal hours, similarly the Mitsubishi Diesel engine has minimal hours since a rebuild. A huge capacity of 6000 litres of fuel allows you to go anywhere plus there are two Gensets providing power throughout. The refrigeration is massive featuring a full walk in fridge separate from a full walk-in freezer. All weather helming just forward of the galley or up on deck is serviced by a comprehensive array of electronics including Furuno Plotter and Radar.
Her five, yes, that’s right, FIVE cabins are airy, comfortable and spacious with very generous bunk sizes and adequate privacy even with a full compliment aboard. There is a good sized raised saloon located opposite the galley and a separate and peaceful Retreat / TV / Sitting Lounge room on the lower forward level. Cooking and entertaining will be a breeze as the galley is large and well situated with lots of natural light. Hard covers over the aft deck allow for comfortable dining in any weather conditions and there is loads of seating as well as a great open space that is so important when donning dive gear before lowering away on the huge aft platform.
If you have ever dreamed of running a lifestyle based adventure tourism business or simply looking for a vessel to wander the world’s oceans with the whole family this vessel should be on your inspection list.
